Graduation Collections Showcase
20 July to 13 August 2026
Rue Miche L’Édition, LL3 Union Square, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
For the first time, the standout graduation collections from Van Lang University’s K28 fashion design cohort move off campus and onto a retail floor at Rue Miche L'Édition. Eight designers show eight collections, staged for the wider creative community and the public. They are Phan Xuân Giàu, Trần Huỳnh Ngân Hà, Huỳnh Lý Thiên Nhi, Huỳnh Hải Dương, Lê Minh Tuyền, Nguyễn Bảo Ánh, Cao Khả Duy and Trương Kim Thuỳ. Each collection carries its own perspective and design language, shown through the students’ vision and craftsmanship. Together, they suggest where a new generation of Vietnamese fashion is heading.

A Woman of Her Own
MOTE ATELIER’s latest offering, A Woman of Her Own, pairs the label’s beadwork with the illustrations of Nindita Kirana. Clients bring in a kebaya or beskap they already own, and the atelier reworks it with beading. The project takes inspiration from the educator and feminist R.A. Kartini. It offers three bead designs, in motifs of birdcages, framed windows and small domestic objects. Each project starts with a private consultation, after which the client chooses one artwork and one bead colour from a chart of twenty-six shades.

GINLEE Studio
National Day Capsule 2026
GINLEE Studio works between fashion and industrial design, as seen through its signature pleating. Its capsule collection for Singapore’s 61st National Day draws inspiration from two textiles rooted in Asia: batik and the Madras check. The Marina top takes its cues from Madras check, its panels layered like a woven grid. The Amara trousers reference the diagonal Parang motif of Indonesian batik, reworked into a raised, textured pleat. Two exclusive colours mark the occasion: a bright fuchsia as well as a berry-to-cream gradient that runs down the Ivy dress. The collection will be available online from 15 July 2026 and offline at Takashimaya SC, Raffles City and Great World.
